PBT Action Plans

National Action Plans

For each individual PBT the Agency is developing an action plan which will be appended to the strategy. There are draft action plans currently available for viewing for the following chemicals:

The comment period has closed. The final plan is in development.

Alkyl-Lead - Final
The Federal Register Notice Exit Disclaimer announcing the final Alkyl-lead National Action Plan was published on July 23, 2002

The Federal Register Notice of August 25, 2000 (html and PDF) announced the availability of the draft Octachlorostyrene National Action Plan for public review and comment

The comment period has closed. The final plan is in development.

Aldrin/Dieldrin, Chlordane, DDT, Mirex, and Toxaphene are all currently listed under the Pesticides Action Plan [Also available as a PDF, Aldrin/Dieldrin, Chlordane, DDT, Mirex, and Toxaphene are all currently listed under the Pesticides Action Plan (PDF 458 KB)] - Draft
The Federal Register notices for Pesticides were published on November 1, 2000. Comments, identified by docket control number OPPTS -00299,

The comment period on this draft national action plan has closed.  Comments are under review. Final plan is in development.
