Interpretive Summary: This study, by an international team of mycologists, collected and analyzed data on all ascomycete fungi and classified them using the criteria presently available. As a result, plant pathologists, biotechnologists and others working with fungi will be able to understand how different groups are related.
Technical Abstract: The present classification contains all accepted genera and taxa above the generic level in phylumm Ascomycota.
