RDMA is looking for a seasoned professional in Third World development under a U.S. Personal Services Contract to provide RDMA’s senior management team, senior staff, and RDMA client countries and programs with expert knowledge, expertise and advice, as well as leadership and guidance. The Senior Regional Coordination would: 1) provide policy and business systems advice and analysis; 2) provide program coordination support; 3) coach and mentoring of new USAID staff; 4) provide policy advice and analysis to the Mission Director and other senior USG officials on topics related to regional organizations, their institutional integration and development, and methodologies for better coordinating and integrating U.S. and other donor assistance; 5) work collaboratively with members of the RDMA staff, the Department of State, other U.S. Government agencies, international, private sector, non-governmental organizations, and foreign donors. The initial contract will last two years and will have the possibility of extension.
