US-China Clean Energy Partnership

USAID RDMA is seeking applications (proposals for funding) from U.S. educational institutions or non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to implement a U.S.-China Clean Energy Partnership program, pursuant to section 634(h) of the Foreign Operations Appropriations Act, 2008. 

The recipient(s) will be responsible for ensuring achievement of the program goal and objectives to promote clean energy use in China in coordination with other regional activities of USAID/RDMA. USAID/RDMA plans to provide approximately $2 million in funding for this activity to be allocated over a three-year period.

To be eligible for award, the applicant must provide all required information in its application, including the requirements found in any attachments to this www.Grants.gov opportunity.
