Strong ties and dependable supply lines for forklift parts have been developed to expedite availability and to secure the most competitive prices. Contacts are in place with major vendors including Hyster, Raymond, Kalmar (Allis-Chalmers), and other original equipment manufacturers.

UNICOR remanufactures the electrical components of most common starters, alternators, generators, and regulators used by the military on their trucks and tanks. These include Delco, Prestolite, and Leece-Neville starters and alternators as well as Lear-Siegler, Westinghouse, and Bendix generators. Components have new bearings, balanced rotors, and seals and are fully tested under load conditions.

Men checking on heavy electric equipmentWe can rebuild the mechanical components of most power train components for the HMMWV, including Turbo 400 transmission, final drive, power take-off (PTO), differential, and hub assemblies, as well as components for tanks and transport vehicles.

UNICOR remanufactures diesel engines and components with state-of-the-art equipment. Dynamometer testing ensures load capabilities, and a full report is issued. Individual component work is also available for crankshaft welding, crankshaft grinding and polishing, mill and valve work, and block and cylinder machining.
