Description This chapter from the Florida Planning Toolbox contains a number of housing tools and resources to promote the development of affordable housing in the state of Florida. In addition to descriptions for each tool, the toolbox presents real-world examples and case studies from within the state. Some of the tools listed in the toolbox include housing trust funds, inclusionary zoning, and developer incentives, such as expedited permitting, density bonuses, and fee waivers.
