Having participated in an ECA (Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs-USA) exchange program, you are part of the State Alumni. The State Alumni is your global community: a dynamic and interactive networking experience for all past and current participants of U.S. government-sponsored exchange programs. Lebanese State Alumni Community (LSAC) is the Lebanese chapter of the Global community.

“In May 2009, I had the opportunity to travel to the U.S to participate in the International Visitors Leadership Program entitled ‘Disability Rights and Issues.’ The program added a lot to my experience with respect to disabled people. I learned how they are integrated in their society in many aspects of life and how technology helps them be more independent. I also learned how the government and the NGOs are working together to include disabled people and to spread awareness in society”.
