Approach:
Working collaboratively and in partnership sharing expertise by drawing on partners' specific areas of experience; sharing data to prevent duplication; pooling resources for more effective delivery; providing encouragement and support to one another; motivation and commitment; and encouraging innovation and experimentation to develop innovative and challenging new ways of working in conservation of the natural resources and welfare of the people.
