Indicator 8.1.1 of 3: Quality of products and project designs: The percentage of new evidence-based products and project designs that are deemed to be of high quality by an independent review panel of qualified scientists.
Targets and Performance Data Assessment of Progress Sources and Data Quality
The percentage of new evidence-based products and project designs with average reviewer ratings for quality of “high and above” and “very high and above.” If there is a large number of new evidence-based products and project designs, a random sample may be assessed.
