Under Secretary Mancuso Meets with University and Business Leaders in Massachusetts

On November 6 and 7, Under Secretary Mario Mancuso traveled to Boston to meet with leaders in the academic and business communities. During meetings at Harvard University, including the Kennedy School of Government, Tufts University, and MIT Mancuso discussed high technology trade and export control issues relevant to the academic and research community.

Mancuso also met with government officials and area companies, highlighted by a speech to the New England Israel Business Council and the Boston Israel Business Forum, where he highlighted the recent agreement to establish the U.S.-Israel High Technology Forum (HTF). The HTF is an Under Secretary-led bilateral dialogue to facilitate and enhance secure high technology trade and investment between both countries.

Mancuso also spoke at a seminar for U.S. exporters co-hosted by the Massachusetts Export Center and the U.S. Commercial Service.
