2008 data tables and figures are now available. Each year since 1975, Monitoring the Future has surveyed a nationwide sample of high school seniors. Since 1991, the project has also included nationwide samples of 8th and 10th grade students. In addition, annual follow-up surveys are mailed to a sample of each graduating class for a number of years after their initial participation.
