Construction Privacy Policy

The FHWA Privacy policy is available at www.fhwa.dot.gov/privacy.htm.

In addition to the items covered in the FHWA privacy policy, Construction and Maintenance provides:

• A password-protected, team only area is provided. Access to the site is determined by a session cookie. The session cookie is used only to determine if a user is signed into the site.

• A team only discussion group is provided. All messages, names, and email addresses provided will be posted and made available to the team. Any inappropriate content will be deleted.

• A contact list and area to maintain individual user's information. The information will be made available publicly on the construction site.

• The option to comment on Buy America Waivers. The information provided including your name and email will be made publicly available.

• A Buy America Waivers notification. Your email address will be used only to notify you of new waivers.
