For the list, or not for the list, that is the question.
While I would never want to stifle list traffic, please contact me off the
list, at b.garner4@verizon.net, with specific questions that are not
particularly salient to the whole list. 
If you think your question is one that many might be having, of course post
to the list.
The best rule of thumb might be: if you ask yourself "Is this relevant to
the whole list?" and you're not sure, it probably isn't. I can always post
it to the list if it is.
