NCSALL is very happy to announce the publication the first volume of
the 
Annual Review of Adult Learning and Literacy.  The Annual Review is
produced 
and edited by NCSALL, published by Jossey-Bass.  It is a yearly book
of 
commissioned articles on major issues, latest research and best
practices in 
the field of adult basic education.  The Review is intended for
policymakers, 
scholars, and practitioners in adult literacy.  In addition to the
