Adult Learning in Cohort Groups (#24) by Susan Imel highlights findings from research and theory on adult learning cohorts to examine how cohorts are structured or formed and the experience of the learning process within cohorts. Recommendations for practice are provided. It has already been distributed to subscribers of ERICACVE (http://ericacve.org/listserv.asp) and is available at no cost as an e-mail message, in PDF, or on paper.
