Hazardous Analysis for Toxic Substances (HATS 3)

HATS provides information onhazards analysis in community planning for hazardous materials and is generally used by LocalEmergency Planning Committees.

8(e) TRIAGE Chemical Studies Database

TRIAGE contains over 10,000 studiesconducted by manufacturers, importers, and distributors of chemical substances regulated undersection 8e of the Toxic Substances Control Act. The studies support the conclusion that thechemicals present a "substantial risk of injury" to human health or the environment.
