If you would like a hard copy application package, you can submit your request to lgr.epa@epamail.epa.gov or call the LGR HelpLine at (800) 431-9209. The package includes the LGR application form, a copy of the LGR Regulation (40 CFR Part 310), as well as any other promotional materials available at the time.

We highly recommend that you send your applications through the U.S. Postal Service 1^st class, unregistered. Any other methods of delivery will delay receipt of your application by EPA.
