OSHA has determined that the Federal Standards incorporated by reference from 29 CFR part 1910 and 29 CFR part 1926, submitted by the State of Utah, are identical to Federal Standards with no differences and therefore approves the Utah standards. Included are Control of Hazardous Energy Source (Lockout/Tagout), Excavations, Occupational Exposures to Hazardous Chemicals in Laboratories, General Industry and Construction standards.
