Apologies for cross-posting. I have just learned that the deadlines for abstracts, scholarships, Early Bird registration, etc., have all been extended for the 9th Biennial Symposium on Minorities, the Medically Underserved & Cancer (March 24-28, 2004, Washington, D.C.), as follows:

DECEMBER 31, 2003, 6:00 PM (CST) for:
*  Nominations for the HOPE Volunteer Awards 
*  Abstracts for the Cancer Education Resource Program (CERP) 
*  Applications for Financial Assistance (registration, travel, hotel accommodations)

JANUARY 15, 2004, 6:00 PM (CST) for:
* all Professional Scientific Applications and Abstracts. 
* all Student Scientific Applications and Abstracts.
* Early Bird Registration (currently via mail; Online will be available mid-December)

FEBRUARY 16, 2004, 6:00 PM (CST) for Exhibit space contracts (the best booth spaces go first!)
