Bright Futures tools are now available to address the connection between emotional and physical health. The tools are wellness-focused, evidence-based and easy to read and understand. Based on evidence and user feedback, the tools focus on three main concepts: Appreciating Self, Finding Balance and Purpose in Life, and Connecting with Others. Additional BFWHW tools are also now available that focus on Physical Activity and Healthy Eating for rural young and adult women, and for Spanish speaking women.
FREE copies of BFWHW Tools are available in limited quantities from the HRSA Information Center at 1-888-ASK-HRSA. Online versions are available at the Maternal and Child Health Library.
