Discharge Monitoring Report 2007 Instructions

Discharge Monitoring Report 2007 Instructions have been updated.

The States of Maine and Vermont will continue to use PCS data system till mid-2008 (date pending).

NOTE!!
You are required to maintain an up-to-date copy of your NPDES Permit, Fact Sheet, General Conditions Part II, and/or enforcement order, with your Annual Letter, Instructions, and DMRs. If you have any questions or notice any discrepancy on your DMRs, contact the Environmental Protection Specialist listed in your annual letter.

The instructions should be carefully reviewed in order to ensure accuracy in reporting and submitting the DMRs to the U.S. EPA and the appropriate state agency.

These instructions are for the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire which are not delegated the authority for the NPDES program.

For facilities in all New England States with SLUDGE reporting requirements, see Chapter 1, Section 9d of the instructions.

After the DMR has been properly completed, it must be signed by a principal executive officer or authorized agent. The original, signed and dated DMR must then be mailed, prior to the due date specified in your National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, to:

Water Technical Unit (SEW)
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
PO Box 8127
Boston, MA 02114

Please be sure to submit the original DMR to the U.S. EPA; a photocopy or any other copy of the DMR will not be acceptable.
