The chapter was revised to include the new BTEC-mandated policy on allowing selling Missions to retain the proceeds from sales of nonexpendable property in order to purchase replacement nonexpendable property within the time frame provided by law. Some definitions were added or revised, and the chapter was placed in the new ADS format. Two new Internal Mandatory References are being developed and will be added to the chapter in an upcoming revision. |
