The next State Technical Committee Meeting will be held at the Spectacular Events Center in Bangor on Wednesday, January 28, 2009.

State Technical Committee Interim Final Rule Published in Federal Register

The Interim Final Rule for the State Technical Committee amending their composition and responsibilities was published in the Federal Register on November 25, 2008.  Deadline for comments is January 26, 2009.

Agricultural Management Assistance Program Interim Final Rule Published in Federal Register

The Interim Final Rule for the Agricultural Management Assistance Program was published in the Federal Register on November 20, 2008.  Deadline for comments is January 20, 2009.
