• National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC): - Serve the public interest by improving the quality and effectiveness of public utility regulation.
  • Energy Regulatory Partnership Program for Central/Eastern Europe and Eurasia - The Energy Regulatory Partnership Program is a vehicle for the exchange of experience and information between U.S. and CEE/Eurasian regulatory bodies with the goal of improving energy regulatory practices and fostering long-term sustainable relationships between regulatory bodies in both countries.  The Partnerships are administered by the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners.

• Eurasia Foundation: A privately managed grantmaking organization dedicated to funding programs that build democratic and free market institutions in the twelve New Independent States (NIS) of the former Soviet Union -- Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
• International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL): An international expert organization providing technical assistance on a global basis to facilitate and support the development of civil society and freedom of association. Its mission is to assist the creation and improvement of laws and regulatory systems that permit, encourage, and regulate the growth of voluntary, independent, not-for-profit organizations in countries around the world, inlcuding the five Central Asian Republics. ICNL began its work in Central Asia in 1995.
