Forecast River Conditions

The graphic above is a clickable map. The plotted points represent locations for which the National Weather Service (NWS) issues river stage forecasts when the criteria for generating these forecasts have been met. The locations are color coded according to the forecasted crest levels proximity to flood stage. The river crest values are based on the most recent guidance forecasts that have been issued by the MBRFC as of the date/time stamp on the graphic.

Orange, red, and magenta dots represent locations that are forecast to crest at or above flood stage. Yellow dots represent locations that are expected to crest below flood stage, but high enough to merit some internal action by affected parties. Green dots represent locations that are forecast to crest well below flood stage and are not expected to merit much hydrologic concern. Gray dots mean that forecasts have not been issued at those locations by the National Weather Service.
