Methamphetamine, Addiction, Recovery & Prevention Nigel Wrangham

We filled the TVCC facility to the max! The 20 youth participants were superb! These kids have been identified as having a hard time during regular classroom sessions. They participated fully in the discussions, listened attentively and behaved respectfully throughout the day.

Nigel Wrangham presented pertinent training information to our local audience. Feedback proved he met or exceeded most peoples expectations. A relationship was formed and we hope to be able to use Nigel as a professional consultant in the future.

Hands Around the Park for Recovery
Description
The evening celebration was beyond our imagination! There seemed to be magic in the air! People were gracious and enthusiastic. The food line was longer than anticipated as we planned for 150 and more than 200 attended! Everyone was very patient and kind. The program was moving and inspirational. Sara, a local speaker, shared her testimony and Nigel Wrangham motivated all to be involved in our local community through encouragement and support.

A last-minute plan included opening up the aquatic center for families to go from the park to the pool for a family swim. This was a great opportunity for families to continue the celebration in family style. Huge success!!
