Subject: naked shorting

Please take immediate steps to stop this practice. It seems to destroy rather 
than help our stock market. The practice offers very unfair advantage to certain 
price manipulators. Shorting in general seems to be an unusual practice. I don't 
think there are any things in everyday life that we can short sell. Why stocks?
