Baghdad - Participants at the first annual English Teaching Conference learn about how to build a simple interactive testing website. The attendees came from all around Iraq including representatives from Baghdad, Basra, Erbil, Anbar, Dhi Qar, Mosul and Al Sulaymaniyah.

Conrad Tribble, Baghdad EPRT-2 Team Leader, discusses the problems facing water buffalo herders in the Fedaliyah neighborhood of northeastern Baghdad. Baghdad EPRT-2 is working with local authorities to help this community deal with increased feed prices that threaten a traditional way of life along the Diyala river.
