Geologic mapping in the urban corridor is a cooperative effort among the USGS, Washington Division of Geology and Earth Resources, Oregon Dept. of Geology and Mineral Industries, University of Washington (GeoMapNW), Oregon State University, and Portland State University.

This website provides downloadable geologic maps, mostly at 30' x 60' (1:100,000) and 7.5' (1:24,000) scale, as produced by the USGS and its university cooperators. Selected USGS paper maps and recent maps of the Washington Division of Geology and Earth Resources (WDGER) and the Oregon Dept. of Geology and Mineral Industries (DOGAMI) that are relevant to the project are also indexed here.

The Washington Division of Geology and Earth Resources also provides digital coverage of much of the state at 1:100,000 scale. Contact Washington Division of Geology and Earth Resources for information.

More geologic map links can be found on the left hand side of this page.
