I wish to notify you of actions taken with the common stock BALLARD POWER SYSTEMS INC (BLDP) on 9/29/08.
The stock price ran up late in the day, then in after hours trading immediately fell back.
I believe these actions were an unethical purchase and sale of common stock that a standard investor could not compete.
