Occupational wages in the fast-food restaurant industry

Employees of fast-food restaurants are predominantly teenagers who work part time, are on the job less than 1 year, and whose earnings are closely tied to the minimum wage. This article profiles average hourly earnings of workers in fast-food restaurants during 1990-1993.
