Schedule for Reregistration Eligibility Decisions (REDs)
FY 2008
Through the pesticide reregistration program, EPA is assessing risks and making risk management decisions for older pesticides. Decisions are summarized in Reregistration Eligibility Decision (RED) documents. By making decisions according to the schedule below, EPA plans to complete all remaining REDs by October 3, 2008, the timeframe specified by the Pesticide Registration Improvement Act (PRIA) of 2003.
