report the fraud, waste, or abuse of SSA Programs such as Retirement,
Survivors, Disability and Supplemental Security Income via the Internet.
Before you complete the Fraud Reporting Form, please review our Guidelines

Once you begin to enter your complaint on the Fraud Reporting Form, you
will be timed-out in 60 minutes. If this occurs, the data you have entered
will be lost and you will be redirected to the Fraud Reporting Home Page.
