2260	Suggested Language for General Warranty Deed
It is suggested that the language of the general warranty deed, or its equivalent, provide as follows: "The grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said real property, and will hold the grantee harmless against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever." It should be noted that the requirements of a general warranty deed may differ between jurisdictions. [cited in USAM 9-115.400]
