Next Monday, the Lincoln City Council will decide the future of the multitude of upholstered couches and chairs scattered on porches, lawns and patios around Lincoln. City Councilwoman Robin Eschliman introduced the proposed ban on indoor furniture outside after Lincoln Policy Network requested it.
