Burned shops in an Abandoned Village between Geneina and Sisi: Government of Sudan (GOS) military forces and GOS-supported militias collectively known as Jingaweit, have systematically burned and looted towns and villages of tribal groups who the GOS claims are supporting opposition forces. More than 1.1 million civilians have been displaced due to these attacks.
