"Recovery Works!" Celebration Event at Camden Yards-SAMHSA Sponsored
Description
Substance use treatment professionals, who are in town for a counselors conference, will be honored at an Orioles/Yankees game for their efforts and contributions to the recovery and prevention industry. A VIP reception will be held prior to the game at 5:45 p.m. with officials from SAMHSA and elected officials from D.C., MD and VA. Guests will gather for an on-field salute to treatment counselors and to throw the first pitch at 6:45 p.m. Then, there will be a big fan banner/pom pom display in the bleachers and a big screen message thanking National Recovery Month volunteers – during the (5th inning).
