The Fiscal Year 2008 Statutory Checklists, a mandatory reference for ADS 202, is now issued. Each year, GC drafts new statutory checklists that serve as a quick legal reference for Desk Officers and others to refer to when planning and implementing assistance programs.

Series 200 Interim Update #08-03 - Issuance of an Additional Help Document, for ADS 204, on Acquisition and Assistance Boilerplate

The document, "Environmental Compliance: Language for Use in Solicitations and Awards" provides optional helpful guidance on standard language that could be used in USAID acquisition and assistance documents.


Series 200 Interim Update #08-04 - Issuance of the Fiscal Year 2008 Statutory Checklists

219 ADS Chapter 219 - Microenterprise Development

621mab - Reobligation Policy

The mandatory internal reference, 621mab, Reobligation Policy, has been modified. Section A: Program Funds has been modified to reflect the same language that is used in ADS 621.3.14. In addition, the acronym DFA/CRA (the Office of the Director of Foreign Assistance/Coordinator for Resources and Appropriations has been changed to F/CRA, (Office of Foreign Assistance/Coordinator for Resources and Appropriations) in accordance with the chapter. No other changes were made.

Series 600 Interim Update #08-04 - Issuance of an Revised Mandatory Reference Document, for ADS 621, on Reobligation Policy

The revision to ADS 621mab, Reobligation Policy, was necessary to align the information in the Reobligation Policy to the information that is listed in the revised ADS 621.
