Please enforce the rulesprohibiting illegal short selling. Make the short sellers prove delivery of the security sold. Make the hedgefunds act in the same way regular investors do. They are harming the small investors. If you can not provide a level playing feild for all, small investors must stop trading. It seems that the rules are being enforsed in favor of the big guys,and the big guys always have the advantage. Do your job and protect every one. George tarafa
