Dear Sir/Madam:
The naked short selling allowed through the loopholes inherent in Reg. SHO must be terminated. I am a long time investor in junior precious metal companies. At this time, due to the unrestricted abuse of this regulation, the prices of many reputable companies are a fraction of their fair value. Please do something for the little guy and fix this problem
