st place NAKED SHORTS sould not exist PERIOD.
Having broker dealers cover any shorts within
21 Days is more than reasonable. Should be 3days
plus 1.
Naked shorts do not help the markets in any way
shape form or fashion, rather, they rob away those
funds that would otherwise be doing honest market
liquidity.
Investors who are victums of naked shorts have
lost their money but have not done the markets
any good, only the short seller benifets.
How do you make a market with NON-EXITING
Shares.
