My concern lies with the inability of the SEC to act on the thievery by the naked shorts. When the SEC doesn't take the responsible roll of protecting the investing public then, we must take the necessary steps to replace them with someone who will be responsible and will take the job of protecting all investors seriously.
The SEC is not dedicated to protecting the investors while turning thier heads and all this stealing continues with the naked shorts.
The breaking point is now; and we, the investors have had it with the inactions of the SEC to eliminate this naked short practice. This is stealing, short and simple crime is crime and it is happening to a degree which is abominable. I think all who are responsible for this action on their watch should be treated as a criminal. Stealing is stealing!
