Please eliminate those exceptions to the requirement to close a short sale within three days. At the three day period, the short seller's broker should be REQUIRED to supply the stock to the buyer's broker, even if the stock must be purchased at market prices. NO DELIVERY SHOULD EXTEND BEYOND THE THREE DAYS PERMITTED.
