To whom it may wake up to smell the coffee.
While it may be witless rumor that the SEC would eliminate naked shorting of the financials but wouldn't apply those rules to the other stocks under its purview sounds just absolutely mind numbing. Then again with Government approval ratings at lifetime lows the race to the bottom with the stock market will be ugly.
This market and society is full of greed and corruption leaving no one out. You can't clean half of the toilet.
