Dear Mr. Cox

It is a tragedy that our financial markets have suffered tremendously due to loopholes that have been used by financial criminals. Naked Shorting has cripled hundreds of companies including CMKX which I am very passionate about and very upset that the shareholders have had to endure such injustice. Regulation sho and other loopholes with market makers need to be policed and reformed to safeguard the average invester. Not only do I support Amending such rules as regulation sho, I also find it an insult to my intellegence to even be asked in this comment letter to further the idea of amending it. This is a no brainer. The SEC should be on the side of the invester and not the deep pocket criminals. I am sure you can support that logic and ideology. Market reform NOW. Enforcement NOW.

Thank you
