I believe that whatever I write won't help because the SEC has been corrupted by big money.
The fact that it has taken years already and the fact that, after years of effort, that you are still stalling for time suggests to me that the SEC is dirty, complicit in the illegal trading of securities.
I believe that there are a lot of people who should be in jail already because of naked shorting, many of them in the SEC, but that money and political influence will allow those people to continue to operate to the detriment of the U.S. markets.
