To Whom this Concerns,
The Grandfather Rule for Regulation Sho, created by the Securities and Exchange Commission, is in direct violation to the Constitution of these United States of America.
The Grandfather Clause for Regulation Sho, in all actuality, is the Counterfeiting of a United States of America Security. The Counterfeiting of a Federal Security is an Act of a Felon.
We are in a time of War, and the SEC has allowed this criminality to continue far to long.
It's time to bring all the PARTICIPANTS to the Scales of Justice.
