To the commissioners: I am a CMKX shareholder and a tax paying American citizen. The delay of the release of the trust funds for the shareholders of CMKX, I believe is very wrong and UNAMERICAN. We put our trust and money into the markets only to have it rape and kill our confidence of rightful investments. The wrongs that have befallen upon us shareholders is totally unjust, so it is up to you to make it right and release the funds to where they belong. If this is not done soon, I will contact my Congressmen and media about this issue. Thank you for the opportunity to express my concerns.
