I view FTD's and naked short selling unfair to the retail investors. We stock holders are at a disidvantage without up to date knowledge of FTD's. The MM use this to their advantages. Why are the playing fields not level? How is it that at in todays rapidly moving markets this data will not be provided on at least a daily basis? What is the percentage ($) of non professionals making these trades? Again If the staff at the SEC cannot provide these issues due to staff constraints, then please let the free market decide how this information shall be executed to the public.
