Naked Short Selling, Market Minipulation.

HTE currently on the naked short list for 3 days. Keep in mind your rules say it must be delinquent for 13 days before they need to report.
Third naked short attack this year (2007). The last naked short list extended more than 30 days + 13 days. The price of oil goes up (the price goes down). The price of oil goes down (the stock goes down). 17% dividend, rated safe for investment grade (stock goes down)
It is unclear how a financial group can drive the price down, profit from it, rape the people who own the stock and ...... never own a share.
